I William Homes of Castlefin in the Parish of Donaghmore in the County of Donegall”……I bequeath: to my wife [Mary] my dwelling house and all my farm belonging to the said dwellinghouse vizt the part of Grahams land leas that I enjoy and at her death and after the debts and my daughters portions is paid that it may fall to my son John….. “I allow my above said farm of Greamsland [Grahamsland] to pay all my debts except what I owe to Mr Robert Harvey of Londonderry“. I bequeath;- to my son Hugh my Mill Lease, he paying out of the profits of the Mill Lease the debt to Mr Robert Harvey”…… to my daughter Elizabeth 15 pounds out of the profits of the Grahamsland lease… to my wife all my stook and furniture “excepting one black mear to my son John.
